What up with America's outrage re: law enforcement murdering innocent people in the street?

Judging by how the MSM state-affiliated propagandists are hyperventilating over the death of Renee Good, you could be forgiven for thinking maybe this sort of thing is exceeding rare in America... NOT!!! Murdering citizens in the streets is an American tradition! I grew up watching Hollywood westerns, and it seems if it wasn't the law killing the outlaw, it was the other way round. Either way, somebody gotta die! America loves war and shock and awe and America loves death. Never lose sight of the fact that Americans killed Americans in the hundreds of thousands in one of the deadliest civil wars in human history. Murder is baked into their DNA. We forget history when we imagine the present day to be particularly grim.
