Studly Canadian Forces heroes hard-wired to molest female colleagues - Chief of Defence
Well thank God there's a military man not afraid to tell it like it is.
General Tom Lawson, Chief of Defence for Canadian Forces, explained today that the reason for the CF culture of sex abuse is that the lads are "biologically wired" to grope and grab at every opportunity.
I recall my days at Saint John Shipbuilding, when the women were coming in as electricians and welders and pipe-fitters. While ship-yard dudes can never claim to be as macho as soldiers, a lot of them were biologically hard-wired to grab and grope too.
Mr. Irving was ruthless about firing the grabbers and gropers. It was quickly understood that a female electrician or welder was just another electrician or welder.
The grabbers and gropers got re-wired real quick!

PM's Iraq PR blitz blows Canadian Forces sex scandal off front page
A mere three days ago Marie Deschamps' report on the culture of sexual harassment in the Canadian Forces was front page news. According to the former Supreme Court justice, a misogynistic and homophobic climate prevails throughout the Canadian Forces. What's worse is that this climate is either condoned or ignored at the highest levels of the military.
That's all ancient history today, replaced by news of Big Steve's surprise visit to Iraq and Kuwait to personally thank the brave Canadian men and women in uniform who are all that stands between civilization and the savagery that is Islamic State.

What's a little ass-grabbing in the ranks when the future of civilization is at stake?

Canadian Forces: Strong. Proud. Horny.
The Deschamps Commission Report pulled the covers from a culture of blatant sexual harassment in the Canadian Forces today.
What did former Justice Marie Deschamp discover in her discoveries?
Why, a culture of blatant sexual harassment.
I think "harassment" is not quite the word they're looking for. When your next promotion is contingent on treating your commanding officer to a leg spread, that's a little beyond harassment.
Lawson, Kenney and the rest of the DOD bigs are of course trying to give this a viable spin.
They had no idea.
They had no idea their armed forces were all about strong, proud, and free love. Free for the big dogs, whether the little bitches liked it or not.
After all, if the little bitches wanted to get ahead in their careers, they'd go along to get along.
And they did.
