That was never about justice; it was a crime against humanity

Big news out of Texas yesterday; all outstanding charges in the four year old Waco biker ambush outrage have been dismissed.

Suffice it to say the charges being dismissed should never, in a free country governed by the rule of law, have been laid in the first place. By dumb luck I happened on the live broadcast that Sunday in May, 2015, where Waco police spokesman Sgt. Swanton was hyperventilating about the evil of "outlaw bikers." My first reaction was, this guy is full of shit.

I've never owned a Harley and my only knowledge of "outlaw bikers" is that it wasn't unusual to find yourself working next to one in one of the two dozen or so welding shops I did time in over the years. I never knew any of those supposed biker drug kingpins you read about in the papers. "Satan's Choice" was the crew we had in the K-W area back in the day. They eventually amalgamated with the Hells Angels. The guys I knew were just regular folks working in the welding shop to pay their bills, same as me. If they were big-time criminals, they hid the fact very well.

The best source by far on the Waco tragedy is The Aging Rebel. I've never read anything there that would lead me to believe those guys caught up in this Waco business were any different than the guys I used to work alongside. Regular working folks trying to make their financial obligations. You know, pay their bills and feed their kids, that kind of nefarious stuff.

Even if it's true that it wasn't police bullets that killed every one of the Waco casualties, there is no question that the entire incident was orchestrated by law enforcement agencies. A local cabal of smug law enforcement careerists took it from there. Many otherwise law-abiding people who were guilty of nothing more than being in the wrong place at the wrong time had their lives destroyed.

And now they get a "oops, sorry, guess we'll drop the charges..."


That's not nearly good enough.

One year after the fact CNN suggests there might be something a little fishy in the official story of the Waco biker ambush

I'm proud of the fact that the think tank here at Falling Downs had it pegged by the very next day.

One thing we got wrong; turns out there's plenty of video showing what actually happened, and most of it thoroughly discredits what Sgt. Swanton was telling the world that Sunday afternoon last May. The vast majority of those 150 plus bikers currently under indictment were running for their lives when the gunfire erupted.

They are guilty of absolutely nothing more than being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Yet, they've had the boot of the state on their necks for a year now. It's destroyed careers, destroyed families, and shows no sign of letting up.

This is a story that every American who cares about their civil liberties, who cares about freedom, and who cares about police power running amok should be on top of.

Guess it wasn't her day to die

Due to my interest in the great Waco Biker Ambush & Coverup, I've become a regular reader of the Waco Trib website. While the coverup continues, at least for now, one of the lead characters in that scandal, Sergeant Patrick "Pinocchio" Swanton, makes regular appearances in the Trib in his capacity as spokesman for the Waco PD.

That's how I happened upon the story of Brittney Garrett, who was driving her Toyota Tundra while simultaneously texting on her phone, and whoopsie!...

 Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said officers were called about 11:55 p.m. Wednesday to a single-vehicle crash in the westbound lanes of State Highway 6 at the Twin Bridges, where they found a heavily damaged 2015 Toyota Tundra straddling the inside guardrail.

Officers could not find the driver or any other occupants and presumed the driver, later identified as Brittney Ann Garrett, may have fallen into the water.

“The report says that she was distracted by her cellphone, looked down at her cellphone and ran into the sidewall, on the driver’s side . . . hit the guardrail, rode up that guardrail and it apparently caused the driver’s side door to be torn off and cause a hole through the floorboard,” Swanton said. “She was ejected from the vehicle, through the hole created in the floorboard, and into the lake below.”

Officers began to call for a water rescue and helicopter assistance to light the lake before they found Garrett on the shore at Speegleville Park. She swam about 150 to 200 yards to reach land, Swanton said.

There are a few lessons to take away from Brittney's adventure. First off, don't text and drive.

Two, if you do text and drive, don't do it in a Toyota. A Ford, Dodge, or GMC pickup can mess with guardrails and survive. A Toyota gets ripped wide open and poops its passengers into the raging waters sixty feet below.

Finally, Brittney's fabulous adventure is proof yet again that if your number ain't up in this great lottery 'o life, not even the most brazen act of stupidity is gonna send you to a premature reward.

Waco's gross miscarriage of justice continues

WacoTrib.com reports that the eagerly anticipated autopsies of the nine victims in last May's Twin Peaks biker ambush have been released.


But there's a catch. These autopsies have been eagerly anticipated soley because they were expected to inform the public as to how many of the bikers were actually gunned down by law enforcement. That's because Waco PD spokesman Patrick Swanton's various public ruminations defied all credibility. It was immediately obvious that somebody had something to hide.


Well, guess what?.. they're still hiding it! We all knew those nine men died of bullet wounds; we want to know who fired the bullets! So the autopsies come out and we're told they died of bullet wounds.


This is becoming more than a mere miscarriage of justice...


It's an abortion of justice!

Waco judge orders release of Twin Peaks video tapes

Waco Tribune reporter Tommy Witherspoon is live-tweeting from the courtroom that Judge Matt Johnson has ordered the release of the security videos from the Twin Peaks massacre to an attorney representing one of the 177 bikers corralled on May 17.

Those would be the same tapes that Sgt. Patrick Swanton initially assured the public would entirely verify the official police version of what really happened on May 17. Somewhere along the line the Waco PD had a change of heart, and the City has been fighting desperately to prevent their release.

Something about tainting the jury pool...

Ya, I guess it might taint the jury pool if Sgt. Swanton were to be exposed as a serial liar.

Over 130 of those "criminal bikers" corralled in Waco Biker Massacre out on bail

And most of them out with drastic reductions in their bail bonds. Like from a million down to $25k in most cases. That's 98% off! Wish I could get that at TSC!

Obviously the state knows they don't have a case.

In the meantime, the public is still waiting for the CCTV video we were promised by Sgt Patrick "Pinocchio" Swanton way back when.

What really happened?

Wacked in Waco; when Police lie it proves their integrity

We're closing in on one month since that infamous "brawl that became a shoot-out" between biker gangs in Waco. Still no autopsy results. Still no video footage. Still so many unanswered questions.

Like, just for instance, how many of the nine dead and eighteen wounded were shot down by the police.

In fact, the story has pretty much disappeared. Certainly nobody anywhere near the mainstream media is questioning the official story, as promulgated in its manifold iterations by Sgt. Patrick "Pinocchio" Swanton from day one.

I was watching those live pressers from Waco on that fateful Sunday, and it was the sheer implausibility of Swanton's version of events that first drew me to this story. The fact that the story kept changing just made me more suspicious.

The Waco Tribune editorialized about the biker massacre the other day. To their credit, they allow that the bikers have some valid points. At the same time, they had this rather novel explanation as to why Sgt. Swanton keeps shifting the narrative;

The fact that Swanton continually revised information — and in a crisis situation — speaks of his integrity.

There you have it. He's not lying; he's "revising information."

And that proves he's a man of integrity. 

Waco biker massacre gets fresh new spin

Almost three weeks after the fact, we get a brand new spin on what happened at the Twin Peaks on that fateful Sunday, and, no surprise, it bears no resemblance to the scenario fed to the public by Sgt Patrick "Pinocchio" Swanton 90 minutes after the fact, or the version offered up by Mr. Bowtie a couple days ago.

According to First Assistant District Attorney Michael Jarrett, the Cossacks arrived first and fanned out across the patio at Twin Peaks, lying in wait for the Bandidos.

(A complete contradiction of the fabled Washington Post version of events, by the way.)

This, we are told, is plainly evident in the CCTV video footage.

Hmmm....

Funny how that's not what Sgt Pinocchio saw.

Nor is it what Associated Press saw on the CCTV videos made available to them by the proprietors of Twin Peaks when they were desperately trying to wiggle out of the massive frame-up that they correctly sensed was about to destroy their business.

Here's an idea; why not make that video footage public?

If there's nothing for the police to hide, why work so hard at hiding it?

Waco; the climb-down begins

The Waco Tribune reported yesterday that three of those "violent hardened criminals" arrested in the Twin Peaks fiasco have been released after their bail bonds were reduced from one million dollars apiece to twenty-five thousand.

That'll be the first of many reductions. Meanwhile, the first civil suits for unlawful arrest have already been filed, and there'll be plenty more of those too. So far the State has hired 47 lawyers to represent various bikers, and the city is spending upwards of $8,000 per day in the care and feeding of the incarcerated. This case will bankrupt Waco by the time it's over.

Meanwhile, Sgt Patrick "Pinocchio" Swanton has fallen silent...

Why the news blackout on the Waco biker massacre?

When a kid in Ferguson Mo. was gunned down by police last year, the gatekeepers of the news made a point of keeping the (non) story in the headlines for weeks. It's a non story because unarmed youths being gunned down by cops in America is no biggie.

But this was. We heard Ferguson this and Ferguson that for weeks and months.

Somebody in the corridors of power in the news biz made that decision.

Eight days ago nine bikers were shot dead by Waco police under circumstances that bear no resemblance to the official police story.

For some reason, the story has completely disappeared.

That's because the gatekeepers of the news biz have made a decision to bury the story.

Why?

Air rapidly leaking out of Waco false flag balloon

Have a gander at the Waco Police Department Facebook page and it looks like the ruminations of Sgt. Swanton are still getting broad public support.

At least for now.

But that's changing fast. Stories like this one at NBC News aren't helping authorities make their outlandish story stick. NBC profiles three of the dead "hardcore criminals" caught in the police ambush and reports that they were regular family guys who didn't even own guns.

Then there's the "bikers are domestic terrorists" angle being flogged by the government. We know that because lots of "experts" are willing to sell their souls for a chance to get on TV and say so. 

When you've got a big story like this, it even makes it into the foreign press. It's worth having a look at how it's reported in The Independent.

While this mainstream Brit news platform repeats all the official stuff spouted by Sgt. Swanton, if you read far enough you'll eventually get to this;

Not able entirely to agree is Edward Winterhalder, a former Bandido himself who wrote the book, Out in Bad Standings: Inside the Bandidos Motorcycle Club. “You get a few guys whacked out on meth and everyone wants to help their brothers out and that’s how fights start,” he said. “Most of the guys, around 60 or 70 per cent, are just regular guys. They all have jobs, they have families and they don’t get involved in crime... They all have visual means of support.”

Hmm... regular guys with jobs? As a matter of fact, that's pretty much been the case with any so-called outlaw bikers I've crossed paths with on the road of life.

Then you've got a website called The Ageing Rebel that tells us one of the "hardened criminal gangs" present at the Twin Peaks last Sunday was none other that those hell-hounds, HonorBound Motorcycle Ministry.

Yup, bikers for Jesus.

The entire tale made no sense when it first hit the headlines on Sunday afternoon. The more that actual facts emerge, the less sense it makes.
