Bradley Manning proposed for Congressional Medal of Honor

That's a bit of wishful thinking from none other than Daniel Ellsberg, leaker of the Pentagon Papers.

I fully agree, but a quick glance at Congress will disabuse Ellsberg of the notion that such a thing could be possible anytime in the next fifty years.
