A subtle shift in tone

Here's the lead story on the CBC News home page this morning; Eliminating COVID-19 cases in Canada will exact too heavy a toll on society, health experts say.

Not only that, but right next to it is the unthinkable revelation that there are some health experts who agree with Trump on the issue of sending kids back to school.

Until today the only experts given credence at CBC News were those all-in for the lockdown, and it goes without saying that any experts worth their diplomas would never agree with the narcissistic, xenophobic, racist, homophobic, vile, despicable, moron Trump about anything, because, as we've been told unceasingly for four solid years, he's a liar and an imbecile.

So what has changed? From the very beginning of Coronageddon, there have been experts aplenty willing to challenge the prevailing narrative. Like these people, for example. Here are a few more.

But until today, the narrative managers have chosen to ignore the dissenting voices, instead bombarding the public with a non-stop barrage of fear-mongering.  The fact that dissident opinion is now being heard indicates that we are on the cusp of a shift in the prevailing narrative...

After inflicting over 300 billions in new debt on the Canadian taxpayer, our rulers are broaching the possibility that maybe it was just a bad flu after all.
