The Farm Manager imagines that Bill Morneau will take the fall for PM Fluffy, because, to her way of thinking, Bill is disposable while Justin is essential.
I'm not sure about that. Sure, Justin comes from considerable power and money, but take a closer look at Morneau. He's a multi-millionaire who married into a billionaire family. In a world where money talks, I suspect that Morneau's voice may drown out the Prime Minister.
Which brings us to my favorite theory, WEgate Scenario III.
